Typically, this fee is charged with your first month's invoice. Do you understand that for The Advisory Vault, QuickBooks Online configuration & training is a one time fee of $2000? Ongoing membership starts at $99/month & you'll retain your initial pricing as long as you do not leave the membership; pricing will increase as we add members.
